Shipping Policy
DOA (dead on arrival) policy
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
We do not ship around major holidays in order to minimise the risk of delays and ensure the safe arrival of your isopods.
Same-day porter within Bangalore can be arranged at the customer’s convenient time.
In the unlikely event that your isopods arrive deceased, please refer to our DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy for information on our refund process.
We take every precaution to ensure your isopods arrive safely. However, in the unlikely event that any isopods arrive deceased, we offer compensation for the affected isopods.
If the number of live isopods received is less than the number stated in your purchase, you may request compensation for each deceased isopod. Compensation may be provided in cash or in kind, depending on your preference.
To request compensation, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and provide:
Clear photographs of the shipping packaging
Clear photographs of the deceased isopods in the shipping container
This information helps us verify the condition of the shipment and process your request promptly.
